Lantern Photography Pricing

Commercial location photography.

Just like your business every photography photo shoot is unique and for customers who require something not covered by one of our fantastic photography products (or for our competitors who want to undercut) listed below are the basic rates for commissioning a high quality professional photographer.

2 hours - £149

4 hours - £275

8 hours - £399

Charges are based from time of arrival to time of departure.

A non returnable booking fee of 50% of the quoted price is required prior to the shoot with the balance due within 14 days the shoot or the images being supplied.

Travel time is charged at £10 per hour with a mileage charge of 41p per mile for distances over 30 minutes and/or 15 miles in length.

What's included?

A fully insured photographer with both Public Liability and Indemnity insurance of up to £5M and £50K respectively, covered for a range of locations including factories and building sites.
Photography taken at a location of your choice.
Post processing of the images once back in the studio (subject to the quantity of images required and the level of post processing).
Photographs supplied in any format you require, ensuring the images you use are of the highest possibly quality and ready to use.
Where/when required risk assessments relating to the photographic activities while on site
Full set of PPE suitable for all occasions and worn as required.

So what's not included then?

Expenses incurred such as fuel, food, props, special equipment unique for your requirements, etc. These will be listed within your estimate.
Post processing over the number of hours booked. So 1 hours shoot include 1hours post processing of images. Should extra post processing of images be required this will be detailed in your quote.
Prices are based on web and brochure usage for 3 years with a credit request. Licence agreements can be negotiated during the quote stage.

For weddings or for events that require a similar amount of photography to a wedding please request a wedding price list as the prices reflect the need for longer post processing of the images.
